London, Aug.2 (ANI): Problems for the Gordon Brown show no signs of abating. Already under pressure over losing a safe electoral seat like Glasgow East to the Scottish National Party, the government is now facing legal action from an Iraqi terror boss over pornographic material being left in his jail toilet.
Ahmed Al-Fartoosi, who has been blamed for the deaths of dozens of Brits, has decided to sue the Government for tens of thousands of pounds. Fartoosi is suing for false imprisonment and violations of new European human rights laws.
His charges include hearing porn videos being played on a soldier's laptop; bumping his arm and thigh when being put in an armoured vehicle; and losing sleep in his cell due to noise and lights from a corridor, reports The Sun.
Fartoosi - represented by anti-war lawyer Phil Shiner - also moaned his solitary confinement room was too hot.
MoD officials, however, say there is no record of Fartoosi making any complaints while in jail, and they are investigating his allegations. (ANI)
