Halle Berry declares war on the "trespassing" paparazzi
Washington, July 26 (ANI): Hollywood actress Halle Berry has launched a legal attack against the paparazzi, who she says, has trespassed into her home to get the snaps of the her and her baby.
The Oscar winner was infuriated with the publication of photographs of her 4-month-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry on the Internet and two celebrity magazines Life and Style and In Touch Weekly.
The Monster star has called it a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
"The paparazzi have gone too far. [Gabriel] and I have always remained that we would never sell baby photos or otherwise exploit her in any way," E! Online quoted Berry, as saying.
"I will do everything I can for the sake of her safety and well-being to keep her out of the public eye...I intend to do everything I can to make sure the photographer who illegally intruded into my home is criminally prosecuted," she added.
Berry attorney Evan Spiegel said that he has filed a criminal complaint against Fame Pictures, the agency that distributed the mother-daughter picture, and Berry is actively trying to get the image removed from the celeb-fueled websites. (ANI)
