State can't be restructured on anybody's whim: Khanal

Kathmandu, July 11 (ANI): Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) general secretary Jhal Nath Khanal today said that the state cannot be restructured on anybody's or any party's whim and obduracy in Nepal.
Speaking at a party programme here, Khanal said he believed that the federation should be divided on the basis of particular region's diversity.
He said that the remarks made by some leaders of Madhesi parties were not in keeping with the desire for national unity of the Nepali people.
"Such remarks pose challenge to nation and all citizens" Khanal said.
"The parties should now concentrate on electing a president and forming new government, Nepalnews quoted Khanal as saying. (ANI)
