Pete Wentz talks to his unborn baby 'all the time'

Washington, July 7 (ANI): Fall Out Boy member Pete Wentz has revealed that he talks to his unborn baby all the time, and that he is preparing himself by reading books about fatherhood.

Talking to the unborn baby is one of the advices he read in the book, and he is following it religiously.

"I talk to it all the time," People mag quoted him as saying on July 5 at the Ultimate Fighting Championship 86 afterparty in Las Vegas.

"The Expectant Father tells you that the woman, when she speaks, the baby hears her all the time. And the father's voice isn't familiar unless you talk to it, so I talk to it all the time," he added.

Armin Brott's parenthood tome is just one of the books the bassist is reading to prepare himself for his and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz's first child together.

Wentz loves the book as it tells him not only how to deal with becoming a father but also how to deal with his wife's moods too.

"It tells you your partner's moods month-by-month and week-by-week," Wentz said.

"It tells you why you're feeling the way you are, how you can feel more involved in the pregnancy," he added.

Wentz says that everything is "going well" with the pregnancy, with Ashlee often craving for ice cream, pickles and green olives.

He is so into the pregnancy thing that he has hinted at being willing to have more children in the future.

"This is the first one so we'll have to base the next one on how we do on the first one," he added. (ANI)
