London, November 21 (ANI): Unlike most dogs, a mutt in Long Island apparently prefers going for a drive to walking with its owner.
Bentley, a portly boxer-shar-pei mix, left its owner Bryan Maher wondering how the dog set his parked van into motion, crashing into a cafe's window.
The incident occurred Maher, who is a musician, ran into the cafe for a drink.
While he was still standing in a queue, he noticed his Ford van moving toward the Long Island shop.
"I left my car running because it's cold outside and I didn't want my dog to freeze," the Telegraph quoted him as telling the Daily News.
"The next thing I knew, I looked up to see my van coming at me in the window," he added.
No one was hurt in the accident, and even the dog emerged unscathed.
"Bentley was wagging his tail afterward," cafe owner Patricia McCarthy said. (ANI)
