Bhupathi-Knowles storms into Dubai Open final
Tournament’s fourth-seed pair of India’s Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles of Bahamas stormed into the finals, to set up summit clash with third seeds Czech duo of Martin Damm and Pavel Vizner, after upsetting second seeds Simon Aspelin of Sweden and Julian Knowle of Austria 6-2, 6-0 in the semifinal of the Dubai Open men's doubles tennis event here on Saturday.

In the other semi-final, Damm and Vizner of Czech Republic stunned top seeds Daniel Nestor of Canada and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia, 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) in an intriguing semifinal contest.
The winner of the doubles event will get a purse of $ 89, 500 alongwith 300 ATP points. The Indo-Bahamas duo of Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles will be eyeing their second title on the trot on Sunday’s final after claming $ 769,000 ATP doubles title in Regions Morgan Keegan Championships in Memphis last Sunday.
