Manama, Dec 11 (ANI): Nine men in Kuwait had their heads shaved by the police after they were caught harassing women in shopping malls.
Hawalli security servicemen in the Salmiya shopping area arrested the men and gave them the head shaving punishment, the Gulf News reports.
According to the report, the men were also asked to sign pledges of good conduct in public.
Shaving off head hair is sometimes used as a measure to shame young men for unruly behaviour. (ANI)
