London, August 5 (ANI): A Premier League list compiled by estate agents has identified the properties of elite footballers and their WAGs, which one can only buy if he/she has a salary equivalent to an EPL player.
Leading property website Zoopla.co.uk found its league table dominated by Surrey towns and villages in the Elmbridge area.
The commuter village of Oxshott in Surrey, which is home to Chelsea stars like England captain John Terry and wife Toni Poole, striker Didier Drogba and John Obi Mikel, tops the chart with average house prices of 1.4million pounds.
Standing at No. 5, Prestbury in Cheshire has been named the hottest location this summer.
Home to Wayne and Coleen Rooney, which has an average home value of 642,129 pounds, but that figure might see a hike if Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez leaves the place according to his wishes.
Tevez's home, previously owned by Cristiano Ronaldo, is expected to rake in 5million pounds.
Argentinean Sergio Aguero, who has just signed for Man City for 38million pounds, is in talks to replace him in the house.
"Exclusive homes tend to be snapped up quickly by the rich who want to make a statement. To afford a place in Oxshott you'd need to be on a Premier League salary," the Daily Express quoted Nick Leeming, Business Development Director at Zoopla.co.uk, as saying. (ANI)
