Michael Phelps may meet his idol Michael Jordon over golf

New Delhi, October 1 (ANI): Ace swimmer Michael Phelps may soon fulfil his wish to meet former American basketball champion Michael Jordan, for the latter is also said to be ready to bump into him at a golf tournament this winter in the Bahamas.

Phelps had reiterated his desire to meet the Hall of the Fame Jordan basketball player after he returned to the University of University of Michigan, his home for four years before the Beijing Olympics.

He said that he had enjoyed each of his post-Beijing experiences, especially having actress Demi Moore introduce herself and invite him to dinner after MTV's award show.

But still, he added, he was keen on meeting Jordon, reports the China Daily.

"I still haven't met (Michael) Jordan," he said at the time.

A friend of Jordon is now has revealed that the basketball star also wants to meet Phelps at his golf tournament. (ANI)
