Manama, May 31(ANI): Saudi police in Al Khobar has ordered the release of the Saudi woman, Manal Al Sharif, 32, who was arrested on May 21 while driving in the city.
Her lawyer Adnan Al Saleh confirmed that the police has issued her release orders.
"We don't know if she is actually out of the prison as we speak. But, yes, her release orders have been issued," the Gulf News quoted Saleh, as saying.
Sharif was arrested after she had posted footage on the video-sharing website YouTube showing her behind the wheel. (ANI)
