US condemns attacks on Pak politicians during election campaigns

Islamabad, May. 1 (ANI): The United States has condemned terrorist attacks on Pakistani politicians and their supporters during May 11 election campaigns.

Spokesperson for the State Department said the US supports freely participation of Pakistani people in election process, adding that they have right to participate in polls in peaceful and democratic manner, reports The News.

The spokesperson said the US awaits free, fair and timely elections in Pakistan. (ANI)
