Sachin Tendulkar completes his century of centuries

Sachin Tendulkar completed his much awaited 100th century in a match against Bangladesh in Mirpur today in a match of a match of Asia cup Bangladesh. He batted well and got efficient support from the Indian vice-captain Virat Kohli and then Suresh Raina on the other end. But it took more than a year to complete this hundred ton. He has to wait for more than a year to get his century of centuries.

He completed his hundred centuries in 138 balls on the balling of Shakib Al Hasan..

On year before Tendulkar had scored 111 against South Africa in a league match of the ICC World Cup. He completed his hundred in this match but India got beaten by 3 wickets. With completion of this century his supporters have got delighted as they have waited for it for a very long time.

But Tendulkar is well known for his patience. He got his first hundred after a wait of 17 months but after getting his first hundred he became an icon in the game of cricket.

The year 1998 was peak of his career when he scored 12 tons in a year.

With completion of his century he has created a history and it will be very difficult to equal this record for cricketers to come.
