London, July 22 (ANI): British cyclist Victoria Pendleton has revealed that she likes being glamorous despite people criticizing that she can't be a serious sportsperson if she does all that.
Despite her love for the camera, her entire focus is on triple Olympic gold in the sprint, team sprint and keirin events at London 2012.
"I really like the glamorous stuff, the photoshoots and that kind of thing," the Sun quoted her as saying.
"A lot of people told me I can't do those things and be a serious sportsperson, that if I was really committed I'd get my hair cut short.
"But no. I wanted to keep my look as that was me. I want to be female, look glamorous, to be fiercely competitive and to win. I want it all," she added. (ANI)
