Moderate quake hits Japan's Hokkaido region

Tokyo, July 22 (Xinhua-ANI): An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted Hokkaido, Japan region at 0441 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 57.70 km, was initially determined to be at 42.5113 degrees north latitude and 142.9201 degrees east longitude.
