London, July 21(ANI): Former England manager Glen Hoddle could appear on famous British celebrity reality show 'Dancing On Ice' in their next year' series.
Producers of the ITV show are in talks with the former Tottenham player about being one of the celebrity skaters in their show for their next season.
Other stars being auditioned are ex-boxing world champion Steve Collins, Winter Olympics gold medallist Amy Williams and Daily Mirror gardening expert Diarmuid Gavin.
"We're delighted with the quality being lined up. We would love Glenn to be part of the new show. He is a football legend and a guaranteed ratings winner," The Daily Mirror quoted an ITV insider, as saying.
Glenn, who won 53 caps for England, has recently been weighing up whether to end his six-year exile from management. He was sacked as England boss in 1999 for saying in a newspaper interview that disabled people were suffering for sins in a previous life. (ANI)
