Pakistan condemns attacks in Afghanistan

Islamabad, June 24 (ANI): Pakistan has strongly condemned the recent attacks in Afghanistan, including the one that took place on Friday at a lakeside hotel near Kabul, which killed several persons.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families. Pakistan remains committed to peace, stability and prosperity of Afghanistan," the Daily Times quoted from a Foreign Office statement.

"Pakistan will continue working closely with the government of Afghanistan to achieve the objectives of peace, stability and prosperity," the statement said. (ANI)
