Convergys appoints Hanumant Talwar as Vice President of Operations in India
New Delhi, Sept 29 (ANI/Business Wire India): Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management, announced the appointment of Hanumant Talwar as Vice President and Head of India Operations for Convergys' Customer Management business, effective immediately.
In this position, Talwar will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Convergys Corporation's 8 contact centers and approximately 10,000 customer management employees in India.
Talwar will report to Sukant Srivastava, Managing Director and Country Manager for Convergys' Customer Management business in India.
Most recently, Talwar served as Executive Vice President of the Sales and Marketing and Operations divisions within Hirco Developments and the Zenta Group respectively, both of the Hirandandani Group Company.
Before joining Convergys, Talwar also held leadership positions with GE Capital International Services, ExlService.com, and American Express. Prior to these roles, Talwar worked for International Data Management Limited, DCM Data Products, and Eureka Forbes Limited.
Throughout his 21 years of multi-industry work experience, Talwar has accumulated a number of awards and recognitions for his time with GE Capital, American Express, and International Data Management Limited.
Talwar holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and will be located in Gurgaon, India. (ANI)
