Premiere of Bollywood film 'Rafoo Chakkar' held in Mumbai

Mumbai, Sept 26 (ANI): Film premiere of Bollywood comedy film 'Rafoo Chakkar' was held in Mumbai on Thursday evening.

 

Cast and crew of the film were present at a glittering function.

 

The film has been made under the banner of Friday Picture and Shemaroo Entertainment and is directed by B. H. Tharun Kumar.

 

The film stars Aslam Khan, Nauheed Cyrusi, Shakti Kapoor, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Tinu Anand, Archana Puran Singh and Meeta Vasisht.

 

The film essays the story of four central characters, all of whom believe in enjoying their life to the fullest and are not interested in getting married. But when they are forced to get married and they run away from their homes. The adventure that results as a consequence forms the plot of the film.

 

Bollywood actor Yudi said it was clean comedy without any double meaning dialogues.

 

"We had fun making the film and we hope that people who come to watch this film will enjoy the film and will have fun too. It is a clean comedy and there are no double under the belt kind of situations. I think everybody can watch this film. It is a fun two-hour adventure film," said Yudi.

 

Meeta Vasisht who plays the role of Koena in the film said that unlike the previous occasions she was not nervous before the film's release.

 

"I am not at all nervous before the release of the film. Earlier when my films used to be released I used to be awake all through the night out of curiosity. These days I don't think too much, if I like doing a movie that is more than enough. But yes, if more and more people like it that would be good. I am cool about it and am pretty chilled out," said Meeta.

 

Lalit Pandit has rendered the music of the film.

 

The film opened in theatres today. (ANI)
