Washington, Sep 10 (ANI): Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher has landed a new job - an assistant soccer coach at a Los Angeles school.
The actor, 30, who played football at his high school in Iowa, is a new assistant coach for the freshman football team at L.A.'s Harvard-Westlake School.
Although the 'Just Married' star is pals with the head coach Scott Wood, the Head of Athletics Audrius Bardzukas said that the star was interviewed.
"I asked him why he wanted to coach. He said he's a dad, he has three daughters, and none of them are into sports. He loves football, and he said he'd always wanted to coach," People magazine quoted Audrius Bardzukas, as saying.
"He's a great communicator," Audrius added.
The soccer team was dazed when they saw Kutcher, and the girls at the school were totally pleased by the actor's presence.
"The team was totally surprised when they showed up for practice and Ashton was there," a source said.
"His best friend is the head coach and asked for his help. Girls have been flocking to the stands to watch football practice," the source added. (ANI)
