London, Sept 9 (ANI): Forget Batman, or GI Joe, the latest action doll to rule store shelves has arrived in the form of Sarah Palin, the Alaska Governor who John McCain has chosen to be his Republican presidential running mate.
Toy company, http://www.herobuilders.com, has launched two variations of the popular vide presidential candidate- Sarah Palin, the Executive, available for 27.95 dollars and Sarah Palin, the Super Hero, costing just two dollars more.
Sarah Palin dolls have come in line with the trend of American political candidates like John McCain, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, being immortalised into take-home size toys, reports the Telegraph.According to reports, the dolls are designed to cash in on the Sarah Palin mania amongst Republicans after the electrifying speech by the self-confessed "hockey mom" at the party convention in St Paul, Minnesota.
Palin will now be conducting her first solo campaign event on Monday in Pennsylvania, home state of her vice presidential rival Joe Biden. (ANI)
