Watch: Army conducts checks across WB
Siliguri, Dec 02 (ANI): A large number of army personnel have been deployed in several areas of West Bengal. The Indian Army said the deployment was the part of a routine exercise across northeastern states, including West Bengal. The military police were seen conducting checks in Siliguri and other areas. Meanwhile, the state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has accused the Centre of deploying the Indian Army in the state without seeking permission.
