Vegetable Cheese Omelette Recipe
Ingredients: Egg - 2 nos
Onion - 1 no. chopped
Green Chili - 1 no. chopped
Tomato - 1/2 no. deseeded & chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Cheese
Method:
1. Mix the onion, green chilli, tomato, capsicum, salt & Pepper in a bowl
2. Add two eggs and mix well
3. Heat a pan. Add oil and pour the egg & vegetable mix
4. Close and cook for 2 minutes in low flame
5. Flip the omelette and let it cook for a while and flip back (optional)
6. Sprinkle cheese generously all over the omelette
7. Let the cheese melt a bit
8. That's it. Remove and serve!
