Uber death case: DU students take out candlelight march
New Delhi, Sep 30 (ANI): The Delhi University students took out a candlelight march to pay homage to Kaayum Pegu, a second-year student who lost her life after her Uber cab allegedly rammed into a truck in Noida last week. The 20-year-old student, who was pursuing English Honours at the Miranda House college, was with her three other friends inside a Uber cab driven by a drunk driver when the accident took place. Pegu died after battling for life for five days.
