Spinning mill owner employs people from various faiths promoting communal harmony

Ludhiana, May 04 (ANI): Ludhiana, located in the norther state of Punjab, houses many educational and commercial organisations. The people of the area despite belonging to different communities, have always upheld the essence of communal harmony and brotherhood. One such person is Istikhar Ali. Ali owns a spinning mill in the city and have been a helping hand for those who needed it when required. Being a muslim by religion, he never made any religious discrimination. People working in his mill belongs to different communities. They appreciate the fact that he has always treated them equally and respected their hardship that they put everyday in the mill. Ali believes on the fact that the labours working in his mill are being prioretarised on their working capability and not on religion they belong to. The efforts by Istikhar Ali sets up a best example of harmony in the country, reflecting the fact that this age old ethos still plays a crucial role in presenting the culture of India.
