SC says LG empowered to decide on fate of Delhi Assembly
New Delhi, April 17 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday said that the Lieutenant governor is empowered to decide on the fate of the Delhi Assembly and there are no restrictions on any executive bodies whatsoever. The court said that it will listen to all the objections in the case after two weeks and called the case 'pre mature'. AAP had earlier filed a petition challenging the imposition of President's rule in Delhi.
