SC refuses to modify its order on use of Aadhaar card over Govt’s interim plea
New Delhi, Oct 07 (ANI): Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to modify its order on use of Aadhaar card over Government’s interim plea. A larger bench will decide the further course in the matter. Lawyer Aishwarya Bhati reacting on the same said the all the applications have been referred to larger bench which will hear whole argument. She also added that the RBI and other statutory body had filed the application, and that the applicants had asked to allow them to use Aadhar number for other welfare schemes.
