SC issues notice to Delhi HC on CPIL alleging malpractices in lower judiciary
New Delhi, Aug 04 (ANI): The Supreme Court has issued a notice to Delhi High Court on CPIL alleging malpractices in lower judiciary. Bhushan said that 20,000 people had applied for Delhi judicial service exam, around 700 were selected for main exam and only 15 were shortlisted for interview even though there were 80 vacancies. He said that a lot of people, including toppers of some states were failed in the exam and this should be probed and evaluated by an independent body. The matter will come up after five weeks.
