Finally a ray of hope for the young Odisha athlete Dutee Chand. The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has granted her permission to participate in domestic events till the final verdict is announced. The news not only brought a smile on Dutee’s face but was also welcomed by the Sports Authority of India. DG Jiji Thomson feels it is the start of something good.
