The Rashtrapati Bhawan, formerly known as the Viceroy’s House is a majestic building which has been an artist’s muse for over several decades but it is only now that it has opened its doors to thinkers, scholars, writers and artists to create what could eventually become an inextricable part of the history and civics of India.
