Pepper Chicken Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg Gingelly / Sesame Oil - 1 to 2 Tbsp Shallots - 300 gms (chopped) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Salt Pepper powder - 5 tsp Few Curry leaves Method: 1. Heat oil in a wide pan. Add the shallots and saute till transparent. 2. Add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder & Cumin powder. Mix well. 3. Now add the Chicken pieces, Salt & Pepper. Mix gently. 4. Add Water till it covers the chicken pieces. Close and cook the Chicken. 5. Now open and cook till oil separates. 6. Finally add Curry leaves and more Pepper powder. Gently mix and turn off the stove. Done!
