PM Modi addresses Bahraich 'Parivartan Rally' over cell-phone
Bahraich, U.P., Dec 11 (ANI): Unable to attend the 'Parivartan Rally' in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the gathering over mobile phone. PM Modi was unable to reach Bahraich as his chopper failed to land owing to poor visibility in the region. Talking about the removal of poverty and 'goonda raj' from Uttar Pradesh PM Modi said the Bharatiya Janata Party is committed to empowerment poor.
