Modi Government has mismanaged J&K like never before: Manmohan Singh
New Delhi, Mar 18 (ANI): Speaking at the second day of Congress Plenary Session former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said Modi Government has mismanaged Jammu and Kashmir like never before. “The atmosphere is deteriorating day in and day out, it is obvious from the fact that our borders are insecure, be it cross border terror or internal,” Singh added. The two-day Plenary Session of the Indian National Congress (INC) commenced on March 17 at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi. The main focus of the conclave is the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
