MEGHALAYA POLICE TAKES NABBED GARO ULTRA INTO TRANSIT REMAND
In a joint operation, the Meghalaya Police and the Siliguri Metropolitan Police have arrested a suspected area commander of the banned Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA) from a flat at Panchanoi under the Pradhannagar police station area in Bengal’s Siliguri. The suspected ultra-identified as Solly Sangma was produced in the Siliguri Court, while the Meghalaya police took him into transit remand today.
