Lawyers fast unto death demanding abolition of circuit courts
Dharamshala, July 02 (ANI): Lawyers from Bar Association in Dharamshala yesterday protested demanding abolition of circuit courts of Additional District and Sessions Judges in Kangra sessions division by holding a fast unto-death. The protest led by District Bar Association President Tek Chand Rana, which started on June 28, is still continuing with many advocates being hospitalized for the same. The protesting advocates are also demanding for a circuit bench of High Court in Dharamshala. Doctors examining the patients also urged them to call off their strike as one of the protestors is in critical condition.
