Kejriwal-Jung tussle: MHA notification is unconstitutional and against basic principles of democracy
New Delhi, May 24 (ANI): In wake of row with Lieutenant Governor Najib Jung, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called a special meeting of AAP MLAs to discuss the notification issued by Ministry of Home Affairs to AAP-government regarding distribution of powers between the LG and Delhi government. After the meeting, AAP leader Satish Upadhyay said that the Centre Govt is shadow boxing. He added that the notification issued by the MHA is unconstitutional and against the basic principles of democracy.
