India has never invited a US President for R-Day celebrations, we do not welcome Obama: CPI
Kolkata, Jan 25 (ANI): CPI leader Gurudas Dasgupta on Sunday said that never in the history of India has a US President been invited for the Republic Day celebrations. He added that Obama is not welcomed in India and his visit should be protested. US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama on Sunday reached New Delhi for a three day visit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself went to receive Obama at the Palam Airport where Air Force One aircraft of United States landed.
