Gulkand Milkshake
Ingredients
Gulkand (Rose petal jam) - 1 tbsp
Cold Milk - 1 cup
Rose Essence - 1 drop (optional)
Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoop
Method:
1. Add Gulkand, vanilla ice cream, rose essence and cold milk in the mixer jar.
2. Blend it for 2 minutes till frothy.
3. Serve this in a tall glass and consume immediately.
