Group of youngsters adopt school in Kashmir's remote village
Samba, June 03 (ANI): A group of youngsters, who met on messaging platform Whatsapp, adopted a school located in a far flung village in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir. The group, 'Crime Patrol Samba', is a platform for the youth to discuss prevailing social issues. Under the initiative, members arranged for all the necessary items for the students, such as books, desks and benches, uniforms, stationary material, besides getting the school premises fenced and whitewashed. The local police lauded the initiative. Singh also expressed his wish to be a part of the group, along with other administrative personnel, to undertake more such initiatives.
