Gazpacho
Ingredients
Tomato juice - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 tbsp deseeded & chopped
Pear - 1 tbsp chopped
Zucchini - 1 tbsp chopped
Spring onion - 1/4 tbsp chopped
Tri-Color Bell Pepper - 1 tbsp chopped
Carrot - 1/2 tbsp chopped
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1/2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well.
2. Refrigerate it for an hour & serve chill.
