GET THE RIGHT MIX OF OILS

Have the right combination of oils in your diet ___ sunflower, mustard, bran, rice, olive ___ and learn to distinguish between good and bad fats. The first thing to know is that far from being bad for the body, fats are essential for good health. What is needed therefore is to strike the right balance between different kinds of fats, which are the source of 20-30 per cent of the total calories in a healthy diet.
