Flower festival after 28 years in Kashmir
Srinagar, May 24 (ANI): The Jammu and Kashmir Government recently organised a two-day flower festival after twenty eight years aimed to attract tourists in Kashmir. The festival was organised by department of floriculture in collaboration with department of tourism at Nehru botanical garden on the banks of Dal Lake in Srinagar. Since decades, gardens are playing a tremendous role to attract visitors from across the world The last flower festival was organized by authorities in 1988. The tourists' both from countryside and foreign hailed this step taken by the authorities as this will boast the tourism of Kashmir valley.
