Filled Chocolate
Ingredients
Dark chocolate - 250 gms
Butter scotch - 75 ml
Method:
1. Melt the Dark chocolate
Microwave.
2. Pour the chocolate into the mould cavities. Invert the Mould &
swirl it upside down. Chill the mould in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3. Fill the Butter scotch sauce. Cover it with second layer
of chocolate.
4. Level the Chocolate, and chill the mould in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Turn the mould upside down to release the chocolate.
