FM PROPOSES FOUR NEW AIIMS, ALLOCATES RS 500 CR
Finance Minister today proposed to allocate a sum of Rs 500 crore for setting up of four new AIIMS in Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Vidarbha in Maharashtra and Purvanchal in Uttar Pradesh. While tabling the General Budget in Parliament Jaitley said that all six new AIIMS at Jodhpur, Bhopal, Patna, Rishikesh, Bhuvneshwar and Raipur have become functional.
