Delhi gangrape victims mother welcomes Maneka Gandhis statement on juveniles
New Delhi, July 14 (ANI): The Delhi Gangrape victim Nirbhaya’s mother on Monday welcomed the statement of Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi on juveniles. She said that mostly juveniles are indulged in major crimes thinking they won’t get punished. She further added that if such a law comes to existence it will be helpful in controlling crime. Maneka Gandhi had said that juveniles accused of serious crimes like rape will be tried as adults.
