DELHI HC ISSUES NOTICE TO BOXING INDIA ON SARITAS BAN
The Delhi High Court comprising bench of Chief Justices’ issued the notice to Boxing India on a PIL seeking directions to file an appeal against the International Boxing Association’s ban on boxer Sarita Devi. The High Court has now posted the matter for further hearing on 5th January, 2015.
