Corn & Cheese Toast
Ingredients
Bread Toast
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 no. finely chopped
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped
Cooked Sweet Corn - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
All Purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Cheese - 2 slices
Method:
Step 1 - Saute the vegetables
1. Melt 1 tbsp of Butter
2. Add finely chopped Onions, Garlic, Capsicum & saute for 2 minutes
3. Add the cooked Corn kernels
4. Add Salt, Pepper, Italian seasoning & mix well
Step 2 - Make it creamy!
5. Add 2 tsp of All purpose flour (Maida)
6. Keep the flame on low & add 1 cup Milk gradually
7. Add 2 slices of Cheese & mix till it melts.
8. Check for seasoning & turn off the stove.
9. Make Bread toast cut into triangles & top it with corn & cheese.
