Congress accuses Narendra Modi of practicing 'Hitlerism', BJP condemns
New Delhi/ Maharashtra/ Karnataka, April 17 (ANI): The Congress on Thursday accused Narendra Modi of following Hitler's dictatorial policies after he outrightly rejected the accusation that he had remained silent on the 2002 communal riots in Gujarat. Modi had told ANI Television Service in an exclusive interview that unknown entities gave rise to a number of conspiracies that allegedly linked him to the Godhara tragedy. Meanwhile, Congress leader Meem Afzal, accused Modi of manipulating facts and influencing witnesses to get away from any punishment in the case. Meanwhile, senior BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu slammed the remarks of the Congress leaders and said the personal attacks reflect their distressed mental state.
