Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
A few Curry leaves
For Masala
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 5 to 6
Dry grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
A few cloves of Garlic
A piece of Ginger
