Chicken Dim Sum
Ingredients
Minced Chicken - 100 gms
Flour - 100 gms
Chopped Spring Onion - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Chinese wine - 1 tsp
Sesame Oil - 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. First make the dough. For that add water to the flour, mix well & knead to a stiff dough.
2. Let the dough sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Now for the mixture, add minced chicken, chopped spring onion, ginger, chopped garlic, soy sauce, Chinese wine, sesame oil & mix it well.
4. Keep beating the chicken mixture to absorb all the flavors.
5. Roll the dough in to cylinder and cut in to equal parts.
6. Take a rolling pin and start rolling the dough from outward to inward. Make sure the edges are thinner than the center.
7. Fill the chicken stuffing and give different shapes by folding.
8. Keep the dim sums in the basket and steam it for about 15 minutes.
9. Serve it with soy sauce or some spicy dip.
