Caught on Cam: Gram panchayat president attempting to rape woman
Karnataka, May 28 (ANI): Chandrahas, gram panchayat president of Mandya’s district Kestur in Karnataka, has been arrested for attempting to rape a 32-year-old woman. The incident has been recorded on a CCTV camera. In the footage, Karnataka panchayat president is seen molesting the woman. This incident occurred in the office after working hours at around 6 pm. After seeing the footage, the panchayat employees thrashed him before handing him over to the police.
